Most will agree that the reality is, when you write your goals down even if you don't look at them for a while, they surprisingly get accomplished. In addition to writing my goals down, I make a list at the beginning of the year of all the books I intend on reading. I am very intentional about which books go on my list. I think about the areas I want to grow in and identify books that will help me.

I am so excited right now. Lately I have been feeling an increased level of irritation. Irritation with situations, circumstances, responsibilities, people, and more. I feel it frequently throughout the day. It has been bugging me. I have exhausted energy trying to figure out how to get rid of the waves of irritation and I have also been feeling guilty about it. The irritation I have been feeling has caused me to snappy with my family and that too has made me feel guilty.
