Several weeks ago, I started a dance program at my kids' school. On the very first day, I noticed a huge difference between the younger and older group. The major difference I noticed was in the kids' ability to be free in their authentic expression.

Worry is the laziest form of strategic planning. What is worry? My definition of worry is- thoughts that run on autopilot, creating free floating anxiety. Sometimes worry is obvious and sometimes it is subtle. Regardless of how much conscious attention worry demands, it drains our energy. It soaks up our enthusiasm and it ultimately costs us our life.
