Who is your audience?

We all build our own mental audiences consisting of people in our life that we believe judge our lifestyle and actions. It’s human nature to give attention and be concerned with how other people will perceive us. You may say, “That’s not me at all. I don’t care what other people think.” I have to tell you, that is not true. If you are human, you do care what other people think. Do a quick study on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs of needs.

Do You Ever Experience Accidental Happiness?

What I mean is, you’re feeling happier, but you don’t know why. There’s nothing exciting going on.You didn’t get a pay raise or a new car, you just feel happier. I often try to figure out the cause or source of unhappiness, in an effort to make it better, but rarely do I question the cause of my happiness to keep it going. I simply enjoy it while it lasts.
