How many times do you make a decision? In many instances, making a decision once, just isn’t enough. As that decision unfolds, we need to make it again and again. Take exercise for example. It’s that time of year, so this should be relevant to many of us. We decide that we are going to exercise 5 times a week. Then Monday morning roles around and we are faced with the decision again, “Do I really want to get up early? Maybe I could just start tomorrow?”

Today and tomorrow, that’s it. That’s all that is left. 2013 is coming to an end. This has been an unbelievable year for me and I am taking these last few days to complete my reflection on what the year has been for me. In doing so, I am seeking a clear perspective about where I really am. I am embracing the insights necessary for me to truly gain the learning from my experiences this year.
