On Today’s Monday Motivation, Corry discusses Time with Jeff Sipes

During the economic downturn of 2007 Jeff and his wife Natalie saw an increasing need for a local organization that could offer credit repair. Since Jeff personally graduated from the school of hard knocks, he knows what it feels like to struggle with bad credit and understands the peace of mind that good credit provides. So, in 2008 the Sipes opened Blue Water Credit, a credit repair company that offers legal & ethical credit repair with a genuine goal of helping others. And over the past 14 years Blue Water Credit has helped over 13,000 people repair their credit so they can have the best financing options available. Find more about Jeff and what he does at

“Until you value yourself, you won’t value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it.” “You have plenty of time to accomplish all you intend to do.

M. Scott Peck

Just like money, and just like water, time is a resource. The way we look at time and what we believe about it will determine what we can do with it. Do we believe we don’t have enough or do we believe we have plenty? Do we believe time is on our side or do we believe time is working against us? Take a minute to write about how you currently view time. What do you think about time?

“I don’t have enough time.”

“I have too much time on my hands.”

“I need more time.”

“I wish time would go by faster…slower.”

Whatever you believe about time is creating your relationship with time. What if you were to see time as perfectly what you needed? What if you were to believe, “I have plenty of time to accomplish all that I intend to do”? How would your day be different? How would you feel about time? What would you do with your day, seeing time as plenty?

Sometimes we use the excuse of not having enough time to stop us from doing what we can. Other times choose to believe we have too much time to be happy. Rarely have I heard someone say, “I have just enough time to be, do, or have all that I want.”

The truth is time can work for us, if we choose to view it as so. It is a choice. It is a belief. Decide today that you will see time as perfectly what you need. Choose to believe you have plenty of time to use; however, you choose to use it. Don’t believe the lie that you don’t have enough time. When you begin to see time in abundance, as more than enough, you will use your time more efficiently and more wisely.
